Dance Addict — End-User License Agreement

Terms & Conditions
By downloading or using Dance Addict, these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
License
Ahmet Ozdemir grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Dance Addict application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Use of the Service
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Dance Addict
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose
- You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it
- You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app
- All trademarks, copyright, and intellectual property rights related to Dance Addict belong to Ahmet Ozdemir
User Content and Community Rules
When you post events, classes, or any content on Dance Addict:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant Dance Addict a license to display and distribute your content within the app
- You are responsible for the content you post
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Dance Addict. By using the app you agree that you will not post, upload, or share content that is:
- Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing toward any person or group
- Sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate
- Violent, threatening, or encouraging dangerous behaviour
- False, misleading, fraudulent, or a scam (including fake events)
- Spam, or content that infringes someone else’s rights
- Unlawful in any other way
You also agree not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users.
How we enforce this
- We review before publishing. Events and classes submitted by organizers are reviewed by our moderators before they appear in the app.
- You can report anything. Every event and every organizer profile has a Report action. Reports go straight to our moderators.
- You can block anyone. Blocking an organizer immediately hides all of their events from your app. You can manage this from Profile → Blocked users.
- We act within 24 hours. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that violates these terms.
- We remove offenders. Users who post objectionable content or abuse others have their content removed and their accounts suspended or terminated, without refund.

Organizer and Instructor Responsibilities
If you use Dance Addict as an organizer or instructor:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of event and class information you post
- You must honor reservations you approve
- You agree to communicate professionally with participants
- Dance Addict is not liable for disputes between organizers/instructors and participants
Reservations
- Reservations are subject to organizer approval
- Dance Addict does not guarantee attendance at any event or class
- Cancellation policies are managed by individual organizers
Organizer Pro Subscription
- Organizer Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered as a monthly or yearly plan
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
- Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies, not by us
Internet Connection
Dance Addict requires an active internet connection for real-time features including reservations, notifications, and event updates. We cannot be responsible for limited functionality without internet access.
Changes to the Service
Ahmet Ozdemir reserves the right to make changes to the app or its services at any time. Changes that affect your rights will be communicated via the app or email.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms, including any breach of the community rules above. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
You can delete your own account at any time from Profile → Profile settings → Delete Account.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahmet Ozdemir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dance Addict. Our total liability shall not exceed 100 USD.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
