Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using TeachUp, these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

• You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it
• You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app
• You are not allowed to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions
• All trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to TeachUp belong to Ahmet Ozdemir

Ahmet Ozdemir is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

TeachUp stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide the Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure.

The app uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions:

• Firebase
• RevenueCat
• Firebase Crashlytics

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. Ahmet Ozdemir cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality without internet access.

Subscription Terms

TeachUp offers auto-renewing subscriptions (TeachUp Pro Monthly and TeachUp Pro Yearly):

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

License

The Company grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses Firebase and RevenueCat services. You must comply with their applicable Terms when using the Application.

No Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the Application, or 100 USD if nothing was paid.

Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.

Governing Law

The laws of Turkey shall govern this Agreement.
